or just flat out, giving too much of ourselves to something or someone and expecting the same in return, but not receiving it.

It is complex....
It is painful.
Annoying.
Exhausting.
It makes you want to scream or punch a wall.
It makes you depressed.
It makes you want to curl into a ball and crunch the muscles between your eye brows and cry.
It makes you an asshole.
It makes you delicate and emotional.
But when its finally over.
And you've let it go.
You're able to move on.
Move on with your big life.
Your great life.
and breath again.
You're able to find center,
and come back home to the heart.
